Cancellation & Exchange Policies

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancelling Before Dispatch

1.2 Cancelling After Dispatch
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can request a return after receiving the product by following our Returns Policy.
1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, if you wish to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be canceled.
- Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
2. Product Exchange
At Verve Vogue, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange. The following conditions apply:
2.1 Conditions for Exchange

- Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchange Availability: We will attempt to exchange the item with the same product in a different size or color, depending on availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or a full refund.
2.2 How to Request an Exchange

- Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from your address, or we may request you to ship it back to us, depending on your location.
2.3 Exchange Processing Time

- Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the product in its original condition.
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations, we will notify you and provide a store credit or refund.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for exchange, including:

- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Customized or personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@vervevogue.co.in with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
